Role responsibilities:
  • Lead ongoing communication with the clients to define requirements, then leading the project team around creation of a strategy, marketing activities plan and its implementation
  • Execute marketing projects containing key deliverables, rollouts, timeline, and budget to drive user engagement and retention
  • Manage progress of marketing projects, gather analytics, and report on campaigns and channels to optimize results
  • Apply project management procedures and best practices to amplify team’s overall results
  • Develop excellent relationships with external (clients) and internal teams to foster team cooperation

Requirements:
  • Experience leading a team and the ability to build one from scratch, inspiring people and naturally winning their trust
  • 2-3 years experience in crypto marketing & project management (Background in Web3, blockchain and NFTs as a plus)

Requirements:
  • 3-4+ years of experience in performance marketing group head and/or growth marketing (preferably in the Fintech, Gambling, and Crypto Industry).
  • Knowledgeable in targeted advertising, contextual advertising, CPA, programmatic, and willing to educate others
  • You understand the specifics of performance channels and manage campaigns based on CPA, ROI, and СRR
  • Must be proficient with AppsFlyer, Adjust, Google Analytics, Firebase, and Yandex.Metrica.
  • Strong grasp and keen passion for marketing, Web3 technology, and culture; strong desire to learn and try emerging technologies along with professional usage of ad industry standard tools

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of sales and business development experience, focusing on digital or growth marketing services in the Fintech, Crypto, or Web3 industry
  • Proven track record of executing multiple high-value client deals, from origination through winning new clients in Web3 (L1-L2, DeFi, GameFi, etc.) and Fintech
  • Strong ability to build commercial offers and pitches for clients; work closely with project managers to coordinate clients’ onboarding process; plan, sell, and finalize large-scale marketing strategies

  • Be a community owner – you make decisions in shaping and leading the community, fully responsible for its engagement and retention metrics
  • Participate in the development of clients’ community strategies and execute them to achieve KPIs
  • Be able to set, maintain, and cultivate community across social media and community channels such as Telegram, Twitter, Discord, Reddit, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Substack, Mirror and more
  • Working hand in hand with copywriters and designers to deliver content plans that develop main community narratives, you should be able to write a content plan independently
  • Work with client teams to design social campaigns in support of the key announcements, product milestones, or content drops
  • Manage a team of moderators and technical administrators to promptly meet all queries from community members
  • Continuously look for web3 acquisition, engagement, and loyalty technologies on the market and implement them in your work (e.g., Zealy, Galxe, Guild, Layer3, and much more); create and manage cross-platform reward programs; referral campaigns, etc.
  • Keep community engagement metrics at excellent levels
  • Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, community engagement, and growth strategies

Requirements:
  • 2-3 years experience in marketing & community management (crypto experience is essential)
  • Being enthusiastic about Web3, crypto, and blockchain
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing good relationships with KOLs, developers, and community members
  • Deep understanding of internet culture
